Niche partners with Confluence, which is the biggest B-school summit in Asia Pacific region to conduct the marketing event. The event changes format every year from an online simulation game to real time retailing. This event is open to all B-schools across the country and even abroad.

Prarambh, is a brand quiz conducted exclusively for the fachcha (for the uninitiated this is how we call our first year students in IIM A). It is primarily to introduce them to the world of brands and is held within a month of their induction into the programme.
Taking the spirit of the fachcha brand quiz forward Niche conducts marketing quizzes at regular intervals to satiate the appetite of ardent quizzers from amongst the IIMA student community. These quizzes are either held online in the format of a treasure hunt or included in the monthly newsletter.
Niche makes learning fun by helping to organize games that are based on the fundamental concepts of marketing strategy, brand management and sales and distribution structures. They are typically taken up in coordination with prominent marketing organizations. Past events have included P&G CEO Challenge, Unilever Unplugged, Nokia Colosseum, P&G Brand Wars, HLL Mind Game and L’Oreal E-start Challenge.
Ad Mad show, writing creative briefs, designing posters or composing ad jingles – such and more contests are held to let the students showcase their talent in the creative end of marketing.
